I had a big trip coming up and my car hit me with the dreaded engine light, BMG got me in with in four days, ran a full diagnostics and luckily it was just my DPF showing my car needed a run on the motor way. Booked my MOT for my Skoda Octavia in here and they were kind enough to fit me in very promptly. Dropped the car off the evening before so the keys would be there for when they opened, and before the morning was over my car was done and ready to collect. They sorted out a new tyre for me and were very patient despite my indecisiveness, and had that fitted quickly as well using another local business. All prices were very fair, with no extra hidden charges, and their communication with me was excellent. Receptionist also very friendly and quick at answering. Came here on recommendation from my step-dad and would definitely recommend them myself to friends. Thanks again BMG!
This was genuinely the nicest experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The staff where friendly, knowledgeable and caring, Lyn behind the desk was top quality! Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted a brand new service and mot on a fast turnaround as I needed the car for work. I’ve done over 1000 miles in the car now with no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this garage and will definitely use them again!
