    My car wasn't fixed. I was informed that it was better but not fixed, to take it away and if not satisfied to raise a complaint with Renault. I did this on Tuesday and have heard nothing since. I will be taking this matter further as the customer service has been poor to say the least. This is the 3rd car that I've had with Vospers and will be the last, when my car is up for renewal I will take my business elsewhere. I'm paying over £200 a month for a car that has a recognised fault.

    I am extremely pleased with my new Dacia Jogger. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot fault the service provided by Phil and Sasha at Vospers, it was amazing, from purchasing to collecting. I would highly recommend those looking for new and old cars to visit Vospers. Especially if you’re looking for great deals and excellent customer service.

    Only problem that I had was in booking the service, I initially went through the Dacia website and had no response, by the time I could contact Vospers, it was after Christmas and my service was delayed. I also live 30 miles from Vospers, asked for a courtesy car, I had no problem with paying, but that was ignored. The staff were great no problem there, once I got to Plymouth

    Prompt and friendly service immediately after putting reservation on car. Car was ready for me to view, I was given my own time to look it over, no pressure at all. On deciding to have the car, paperwork etc was handled efficiently, I left with everything complete. A very easy experience particularly as a woman on her own, very satisfied.

    I took my car into Renault for a service and the customer service I received was great. I received a friendly welcome, i was offered a service plan but this was not pushed up on me (I did not feel pressured which was great as I hate it when businesses do that to you), I was told what time my car would be ready by and they also said they would call me. Whilst I was waiting for my car to be ready I received a call asking me if I wanted some work carried out as a result of something found on the vehicle health check and once again, this was offered to me but I did not feel pressured. The ladies I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. When I picked the car up it had been washed and hoovered which was great. I have no complaints and I would recommend Vospers.
