   Thank you Jack for your Two visits to our caravan once for the service which was done with a wide knowledge just what we want in a service being first time caravan owners and being very unsure of what should have been done you put our minds at rest with all the advice you gave us thank you. also for coming back so promptly to drain our heating system and replace the fluid and to seal some gaps on the roof.    Cara-Doc arrived on the agreed time and date to carry out the service on my Bailey caravan. It was a pleasure to meet Jack and Shannon who were both polite, friendly and very professional. They did a great job of the service explaining exactly what they were going to do and filled out all the relevant paperwork and completed the log in the service book. I would definitely recommend Cara-Doc to carry out servicing on a caravan. I have already booked my 2026 caravan service with Cara-Doc.

   Jack has been carrying out the annual habitation service on our motorhomes for several years now. Excellent communication from Shannon. good timekeeping, with phone calls if there is a delay. Jack is very knowledgeable and has the equipment to carry out various jobs if needed. He has a lovely personality and it's a pleasure to see him arrive on our drive. So much easier than driving to a dealer and with sensible prices too. Already booked again for next year. We would highly recommend Jack and the Cara-Doc team.
