Pretty good overall! My only issue was I needed a tool to be delivered on a Saturday, which I didn't get my hands on until a few days later, all was well, the world kept spinning, just allow a few days in advance if you are having stuff delivered to the store ;)
My partner ordered a new radiator and it has arrived damaged! We have organised for a plumber to come and fit it and have now had to cancel at short notice. The plumber is still charging us the £250 labour so we are very stressed and can't get through to your customer support team on the landlines.

I usually like Screwfix, but today’s ordering experience using the app was very poor. It took payment for the goods from my account but never generated an order number. That made things difficult! From now on I will order in store & dismiss the app!

Great online app, items delivered promptly and with care. Kudox premium type 22 radiators are great quality and easy to fit , came with free high quality TRV Valve. Highly recommend ScrewFix over ToolStation.
