   I visited this branch yesterday and I will be returning anytime I need something. I walked in and was greeted with a super warm welcome. I wasn’t 100% on the tools I needed as I’m only DIY but the store manager assisted me to a point of above and beyond from alternatives if out of stock to use on future endeavours. The other gentlemen on the till also greeted me and gave some input. I can’t believe I haven’t shopped here before my experience was 100% positive and pleasurable. Wow is all I can say.

   I visited Toolstation in Netherfield yesterday with a Draper Nail/Staple gun which had stopped working. I was served by Andrew H who really went the extra mile to help. After some investigating, he sorted out what the problem was for which I am very grateful. Amazing customer service - Thank you Andrew.

   Went into Nottingham neitherfeild store this morning around 10:45, older gentleman and a women with black hair behind the counter. Talking amongst themselves. I wasn't acknowledged at all...when I scanned my trade qr code the man then acknowledged I was there and just stared blankly like he had no idea and that I had done something wrong by interrupting him! I swiftly walked out and straight into SCREWFIX where I was greeted friendly. Poor poor performance and will definitely head to screwfix first at neithfield Nottingham.

   Went into store on a hunt for radiators, I was greeted by a friendly team. The store was clean. I was approached by the store manager, Kamran who I found out had only been there for a few weeks; he directed me to where I needed to go and took time to talk me through options, he was very chatty and knowledgeable about the products.
