   I recently visited this store as I am renovating my bathroom and needed advice on what pipes and bits and bobs I needed. I was delighted by the customer service and was met with a lovely young girl with dark hair who was more than happy to help. She was very patient and ensured I left with the products I needed, I have left very satisfied and will definitely be coming back for all my DIY projects!

   Really pleased to see that exceptional service still exists in the retail sector. We dropped in, unsure of the exact size of part we required, and the staff were so helpful and understanding. They double checked what we needed with a tradesman (who just happened to be next door) and we ended up with a part which did the job perfectly. Will make an effort to return to this specific branch of Screwfix - 10/10

   Extremely rude staff, especially Clare at the Queen's Road branch. I suggest you give her some customer service training. Went into buy a product and asked for advice on the correct item, her response was "I'm here to sell items to you, I'm not an expert to help you find what you need".

   Great for picking up products easily. Easy to order online, pay and pick up. Large car park with accessibility parking. Friendly helpful staff with a good layout of the store for queuing. Screens at counter and good social distancing measures in place. Recently they have changed the layout of the collection area in the store to make it easier to queue. Just picked up at item after ordering online. Staff friendly and helpful as usual, still just as good as previous experience. Used again, still as good as previous experience.

   Bit tight getting in. Because of traffic. Shop was quite enough though. Only there about 10 minutes in all. Helpful staff. The only reason they only got 4 stars was because of the traffic jam in the car park entrance.
