    Thanks Jameson and Will. Booked my car in for a replacement battery today. It turned out to be quite a fiddly one and took a fair while to sort out but the guys were super helpful and really friendly, happy to have a chat while they carried out the work. Very pleased with the service provided, thanks guys.

    If I could give no stars I would. Horrific experience today and they lost out on Β£400-600 spend. I went to look for a bike and test ride 3 specifically. Firstly, after driving over an hour I asked if there was a pulbic toilet - met with a very aggressive 'no' , from a woman ,whom I am assuming was store manager. Spent a while looking at the bikes and had to go find an assistant. One was assigned who, by his own admission knew nothing about bikes. Poor lad it wasn't his fault. Bikes all chained up, poor lad had to find someone to give him code to unlock. 1st bike. seat way to high, but he had no idea how high I needed it, neither did I. He eventually was given a key to adjust it. I rode it - nothing special. 2nd bike - tyres flat. Manager heard the conversation and just said - thats how they are, they havent been prepped yet. Absolutely no interest in having tyres pumped up. 3rd bike - handle bar not tightened up, it didn't seem to be an issue for them?? Tyres also flat. Was also going to buy a car hoover, but left abolutely disgusted and bought a bike at an independant'Specialized' store for Β£600 who couldn't have been more helful and informative

    Literally the worst parking situation of any shop.. Bulb fitting a scam.. why would they make a receipt seem optional when it's a warranty for a refit for when it goes wrong. I'm not paying twice for fitting.. maybe product yes. The surely have a record of bulb fitting.... same store same staff. If my garage did that , I would be very surprised. They never asked me to show bank proof which could have easily done. Never using thus store .. always a drama parking. Never seen such a lame excuse for a car park.update you tube has videos how to fit bulbs could not have been easier. So in future, I won't waste time or money as it's literally a 20 second job. Save your money and do it yourself.

    Needed a front light bulb on my 911 and was very impressed with the service from Tyler. He was very professional and friendly. He took time to understand the layout of the headlight system and showed a good technical knowledge of what was needed. Thank you

    Paid for yellow bike, next day they changed it by themself for black, different model saying that yellow is not in stock(error), store had ordered different bike, after a couple of days it was in store, I asked to build it, and wanted to pay for it at store, made few calls to do that, they needed another couple of days for it (it's 20 min job) after another week collected a bike-in a box! Shocking experience avoid that place, not competentive staff, customer experience below 0.

    Wanted to trade in my hybrid for a mountain bike. The two chaps there were very clear and helpful in their advice and gave me a fair deal. When I returned the next day to collect my new bike (was still having safety checks done on it on the first day) they were again really helpful and we talked through a lot of biking issues and opportunities and even helped me with my son's bike's gears without charge. Can't praise them highly enough. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service; all too rare in my experience.

    Susanne was phenomenal. I came in for a bulb fit and she signed me up to the motoring club. I got Β£5 off my purchase and she told me all about the Β£49 a year sign up for a free MOT, Β£10 voucher and 2 free 10 point checks which I will be signing up to. She was really busy and doing the multi tasking women do but I felt I got her full attention throughout the whole transaction she was so helpful and as a new customer to the store I will definitely be returning after the service Susanne gave today.

    No bile repair availability during the day hardly hit and miss when no bile technicians are their other staff don't know what their doing so don't expect help with your bike. Not good experience today bit of a dispute with my collection. Rude member of staff and was commenting how going to bike was doing her head in to college as its not her department lovely atmosphere for customers not

    I have been been here a number of times recently for various bike parts, each time I have been served by Keisha and every time the service has been excellent. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to ensure that you get the the right part for the job. A real asset to Halfords and one of the key reasons I use the store.
