   Tipton nursery is wonderful. My little one likes going into nursery. Highly recommended.

   I had both of my girls going to this Nursery and they were enjoying their time there. The staff were friendly and they enjoyed their activities. They weren't very organised or reliable when it came to spare clothing and personal items as on a number of occasions my daughter was sent home in clothing that didn't belong to her and I received spare clothes which weren't the ones I had provided. My main issue was the fact that they gave my daughters nursery place away (my other daughter has graduated to go to reception) leaving her with no place for September when I never expressed any wishes or gave them any written notice to do so. I was then lied on by member of staff who said that I told her she wasn't coming back at the gates. They also deduct 3 hours and 45minutes per week off funded placements to 'clean' due to covid, but no other nursery operates this way or takes hours from the children to do so. I feel like my daughter has been treated unfairly due to the fact I have challenged them on this and will be taking this further and involve the council if I need to.
