   Avoid at all costs. This is the worst timber merchant with possibly the worst customer service. The staff luck knowledge around any of the products and are very arrogant. If you are looking for a seamless Customer experience then this is certainly not the place to go. They took around two hours to simply offload an order of mine. The level of stock they hold is appalling and they are happy to provide damaged and faulty products. I was very unfortunate to have to deal with this bad company. I certainly will not be using them again consistently chasing for the same reasons they are not able to support.

   Great place, all staff really friendly, best way is to call before you leave to get all you need ordered and paid for, then when you turn up its just a case of picking up your order. Really easy to get to the main loading doors where forklifts trucks bring your sheets, and if you need help will load them onto your transport for you.
