   Went along to the new premises in Bulwell, no pot holes to navigate anymore, the shop was a similar layout to before but the building/warehouse and lorry loading area is substantially larger. Required some timber as I’ve got two new 6’ garden gates to mount. Not the fastest chap behind the counter but found just about everything from my list and set up a delivery in a couple of days. The cost was a fraction of what TP or B&Q would have charged, and that is having to buy longer lengths (so I will have plenty of left overs) and including delivery!, I thought he was joking when he told me the total cost…lol Excellent company who don’t mind DIYers with small orders.

   Think you wana sort your lorry driver out that’s just pulled out in my on a chesterfield roundabout and made me have to emergency stop in the middle of it. Probably claim they didn’t see though while staring

   SV have provided excellent service, their delivery drivers have been so very accommodating with dropping things off for my elderly parents, making my life so much easier when being 130 miles away. I get a call to say they have arrived, they check where I want the delivery placed and there is nil impact on my parents. Superb!

Delivery was quick, better than i expected and the driver was friendly and helpful. Competitive pricing and great service just means i can focus on getting my project built rather than running around for supplies.

   Have purchased garden and landscaping timber from SV Timber a number of times over the past few years. Their customer service is friendly, prices very competitive compared to other local suppliers, and then factor in quick, free delivery on top, then its a no-brainer. Now i don't even bother to get quotes from alternative suppliers, knowing I'll get a better and cheaper delivery here than elsewhere.
