Assistant sold us a product that was useless. Had to make a journey back to return the item. Asked specifically if it would do the job and was told it would. When we got home, we found the product useless.

Went in for a clothes rail I needed to cut to length - the man at the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed for a good price. Even gave me tips on how to cut it - really great experience.
