Paid £165 for a small composite on a previous filling as it was sensitive (although was told prior it would be a “small charge”) a week later the area where the tooth is, is throbbing and I am in more pain than before. Would not recommend this dentist as I have also had issues with previous work done over the years.
I have had to visit here for three times in the past few days to catch up on some overdue dental treatment. The team are absolutely lovely from the front desk to the dentists themselves. I’m not a fan of the dentist, but this place definitely put me at ease. 100% recommended.
I have been coming here for a few years now. My current hygienist is Chloe who is fantastic. She takes great care in ensuring you're comfortable and doesn't rush. I have some sensitive teeth when in comes to my teeth being cleaned at the dentist and Chloe is the only hygienist who has managed a pain free clean. Nurses are super careful and friendly and receptionists efficient. Great practice - see you in 6 months!!
As a very nervous and anxious patient when it comes to being at the dentist, my recent experience proved not to be daunting, there was no rush to get on. There was plenty of time to discuss various options and the pros and cons of the timing around resolving my broken crown and my upcoming holiday. Really wonderful staff. Super friendly and i am always made to feel so comfortable. (I have had to have a lot of treatment) and I highly recommend! Sid in particular is just a wonderful human and always makes me feel so comfortable during treatment but the staff all round are lovely!
A great dentist that's invested lots of time and effort and money into making it a nice friendly place to be. Myself and my partner would not go anywhere else. always good chats that make you feel comfortable before treatment and very much a family feel. Dr Ordi is a legend and you can tell he loves his job and practice and staff and most Importantly his patients.

I always dreaded the dentist until I joined Crownhill dental practice. The staff are amazing, kind and understanding. I had quite a lot of work done including three implants which had an outstanding result. Highly recommended
If you're looking for a new dental practice then this is your place. I joined in April 2021 as a nervous patient who needed to work hard to improve gum health. I decided on Crownhill due to the reviews at the time and the competitive pricing. They have exceeded my expectations. Dr Ordi provides you with firm but fair advice and has a good sense of humour. Carly too is patient and calming with nervous patients. The work they have done as part of my care plan have put me back on track and I couldn't be happier. I have noticed a huge difference and no longer dread visiting. The dental assistants and admin team are also very professional and inviting. The practice appears to have received an extension and improved on its facilities in recent times, with the staff being leaders in their field. The wife has just joined on my encouragement too.
I can't recommend this practice more. I joined 3 months ago and I am a nervous patient. The team at Crownhill go the extra mile to make you feel as comfortable as possible. They explained all the options for treatment, the procedures and the costs very clearly and I didn't feel pressured to have to decide immediately. I needed some hygenist work which I dreaded! However Zoe was very calm and compassionate, which helped to reassure me and I felt very well looked after. Dr Ordi was very personable and his humour put me at ease, even during difficult procedures! I have found the whole team, including the lovely receptionists and dental nurses all work together in a kind, non-judgmental and professional manner. I have definitely found the practice for me.
