   Plymouth NHS General Hospital, PL6 5QZ has been outstanding on our visit today. Davina, a complete angel from ENT department treated my daughter’s ear blockage and discomfort with such care, patience and tenaciousness and was absolutely outstanding. The appointment was made via the walk in South Hams Hospital in Kingsbridge which too was exceptional but they couldn’t help so arranged an emergency appointment in Plymouth only 2 hours later. Davina was there expecting us and we were seen right on time and this made a distressing situation a calm and positive experience. We cannot thank Davina and NHS Plymouth and Kingsbridge enough for their amazing service. Thank you thank you thank you!

   From when I arrived at A&E, swiftly transferred to the Surgical Assessment Unit, the staff were professional and very helpful. I especially thank the hospitals volunteers, who went above and beyond their duties, to help patients. Received the best care, with so many medical tests carried out, including a CT Scan, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants. All the other hospital patients, gave the hospital great thanks, for their treatment and care.
