   Did not have a very positive experience with my old dentist but Mydentist were very polite especially the receptionists. The staff were very friendly and understanding. The dentist I had the opportunity to talk to was very very welcoming and answered all my questions. They even allowed my assistance dog to come and reassure me as he is required for multiple reasons and unfortunately did not get to meet the manager to thank her. I would highly recommend this dentist especially if you need stabilisation like myself due to a work accident. They are situated on cowill road right next to the old emergency vets in Estover. Once again Thank you for being a outstanding team.

   For years I have been putting off seeing a hygienist, due to my previous experience, where it was like doing 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. I have just finished an appointment with the hygienist Sharon, she was absolutely brilliant, there was no pain, no blood and carried out the cleaning procedure to perfection. I will have no worries about going back again and again. So if you have any apprehension about seeing a hygienist I would definitely recommend Sharon and her team. First class.

   I’ve been going to my dentist for a few years now. Anitha has been my dentist since she joined the practice. Anitha is so patient and compassionate, I am so nervous at the dentist, she always helps me relax. The receptionist’s are always so lovely too. I’d highly recommend this dental practice.

   I’ve been to a few dentists in Plymouth over the years. I must say this dentist is the best overall experience I’ve ever had . From the warm welcome and friendly receptionists , who were very understanding and supportive in re arranging dates to coincide with a current illness . The dental technicians and hygienist very polite abd the wonderful dentist Sofia, who brought a lot of humour and made me feel completely relaxed in some difficult tooth extractions . The place has a super friendly , very professional atmosphere. After my experience here , I would find it a hard push to find any where better than this service in Plymouth .    Today was my second visit to the MyDentist clinic, and once again I left feeling genuinely cared for. Ms Katie at reception was, as always, warm and welcoming even going the extra mile to call a taxi for me after my appointment, knowing I’d have difficulty speaking. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Chatzis and his friendly, chatty assistant (thank you for the distraction it helped!) for an impacted wisdom tooth removal. The entire procedure was quick and surprisingly comfortable. Both the doctor and assistant made sure I was at ease at all times, and gave me clear, simple instructions for before and after my treatment even providing printed guidance and extra pads in case of bleeding. The clinic is spotless, the staff are highly professional, and the atmosphere is genuinely warm. I truly felt in safe hands from start to finish, and I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommended to anyone seeking excellent dental care with a personal touch.    Having been a patient of My Dentist for a long time. I have always been well informed on all treatment given. The staff have always been polite, helpful, respectful, cheerful and responsive to individual queries. My regular dentist whom I see, is all of the above. My Dentist is by far the most efficient and dependable Dentist I have ever had in my 70 years of life. I wouldn't go anywhere else. As all the staff make me feel comfortable and at ease. Especially compared to the dentists of my era as a lad. That's the truth Ladies and Gents. Make your own decisions. Mine is the best I ever made.

   Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a dental practice. The only person worthy of their job title was the dentist herself, who was amazing. A thoroughly shabby set up starting with receptionists who really weren’t bothered whether I was there at all.

   You aren’t fully booked for private patients only NHS ones I was offered private check up but told I would be removed from NHS list. IT’s privatisation by stealth. I’ve been coming to your dentist for over 20 years but it counts for nothing apparently.
