Visited last Friday and was blown away by the amazing refurbishment of the waiting room . As a nervous patient I totally forgot where I was . It looks truly amazing ! Also had great treatment from Mathew and his dental nurse . He made me feel at ease and talked me through the 20 appointment .
First time appointment with new dentist Becky. Builders were in making improvements and all staff were very helpful in negotiating past them safely. Becky was welcoming, the room was bright and light - and her check up of my teeth was thorough, relaxed and helpful. She took x-rays and showed them to me which I found very useful. A positive experience.
Helpful, friendly and professional. I was unable to see my usual dentist, but I needn't of worried. Matthew and Abbey put me at ease and explained clearly what was going on with my teeth and what my options were. Dartmoor Dental is an amazing practice. From the moment we walked in everyone was super friendly and welcoming, the reception team are lovely and there was a total understanding that children aren’t expected to sit still and quiet in the waiting room. Staff were engaging and played with my children while I check us all in. The treatment we received was brilliant and the understanding when explaining to the children about their teeth hygiene was really really considerate. This is a great practice and would 100% recommend.
I have been seeing Mathew Brock for many years now and don't dread going to the dentist any more. Very gentle and thorough. He explains everything that is going on. In fact all the staff are very pleasant and helpful.
