I had a really long appointment with Andrew on Tuesday and he was amazing throughout. Not being the best with injections Andrew was so reassuring and patient. Making me feel as relaxed as I could be. I would highly recommend him and his practice, including Emma, the hygienist who was marvellous. Definitely worth travelling to. So pleased to have found you! Sarah
Excellent, when contacting the reception. your are made to feel welcome and the team member treats you you with respect and listens to you patiently. Dentists and other personnel are excellent and very helpful. Possible future treatment is always discussed and advice on hygiene of teeth fully explained with friendly warnings given if you should ignore the advice. We are pleased to find such a practice, Well done all of you.
As always my experience was positive. The reception staff were polite helpful and efficient. I had to have a filling replaced and the dentist was very careful and thorough. I had and have every confidence in her skill and professional expertise.
Nothing but praise for the team from me! I was nervous about having a dental injection, having never had one before and, as an old school dental nurse, knew they weren’t pleasant. Well oh my gosh! A bit of miracle gum numbing gel from Dr Tom & I didn’t feel a thing! Nothing at all! Not even a scratch! Marvellous! Tom, my dentist, and his lovely nurse were very supportive and aware of my needs throughout my filling and, all due care was taken in ensuring my tooth was perfect before I left. Highly professional. As though all this praise isn’t enough, it’s like a luxury hotel when you enter the building. Even the loo has lovely hand pump soaps and is meticulously clean! Welcoming reception team , lovely nurses and my experience as a new patient has been wonderful.

A very professional practice! I have been with Andrew Brown for many years now, it was the best thing i ever did in taking up the recommendation of my friend to go to see Andrew when i had toothache, i have never looked back since. There is always a warm cheerful welcome on arrival. I don't feel nervous in the dentist chair like i used to. Which is good! I highly recommend this practice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I am truly blessed in having found a dental practice like Andrew Brown, I highly recommend it !
I visited Andrew Brown dentist today and had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist lady Daisy was really lovely and welcoming and was very informative on the phone leading up to my appointment (which was pushed forward). I am very anxious when it comes to the dentist however all staff there were absolutely amazing, they were calming and helped me to relax during my appointment and reassured me. Thank you so much. Although quite expensive, I think it was worth it for the pleasant experience.
I attended for an hygienist appointment with Alison who did an amazing job and to whom I would give 5 stars. But I only gave 4 because £135 for a 45 minute appointment is expensive and the reception process doesn't match either Aluson's standards or what I would expect from a high end service. I arrived on time, waited 10 minutes without anyone asking why I was there, so I approached one of the staff and then spent another 5 minutes completing a health questionnaire. Being greeted on arrival and pre-warned about the questionnaire would have got the extra star.
Not particularly impressed, no technical personal on board. Long wait for bridge etc to be returned by mail. Called back to surgery for unnecessary check ups. I would not recommend unless vastly improved
