The materials were all delivered in time and there was ample communication about the production and delivery status. The fence is of high quality and looks great.    Just bought 35m of palisade fencing (posts, rails and pales). After looking through the catalogue (very good) and the various helpful support pages on the website, I spoke to John on the phone and (even though apparently very busy with staff on holiday) he offered some really helpful advice that helped me choose the best product for my needs and how to finish it. I picked up the materials myself and it's all top quality - I'll not be going back to B&Q for this kind of thing! One of the team helped me load it and couldn't have been more cordial. Brilliant.
