Disappointing Experience with Machine Mart I ordered an item from Machine Mart, and it arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service for a refund or replacement, I was told they wouldn’t process it without both a photo of the damage and the item returned. To make matters worse, they refused to send a replacement until they received the damaged item back. I understand the need for proof, but this process is overly complicated and inconvenient for the customer, especially considering the item arrived faulty. I expected better service and a quicker resolution. I won’t be ordering from them again.
Absolutely saved the day when it came to a build that I was let down on by another company. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed in time and were so friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

I will go back to buying from the " river in South America" company. This firm looks like it doesn't understand customer services. Items from their shops are overpriced but as you get to see them, it is worth paying extra. Items online are a different matter. Too long to discuss on a review but numerous attempts at getting them to correct catalogue entries and emails are ignored, or not understood, sending follow up pictures and YT videos and still no resolution. Even returning their catalogue to their marketing partners doesn't stop them delivering more. Not a fan of J Bezos but will have no choice .
Great, staff are always really helpful and friendly!! Been in last couple of times for work clothes, great price and really hard wearing! Cheapest boots lasted me a year too!! Really good.
I ordered a wet and dry vacuum in March from the website, showing as item in stock,I completed the order. Weeks go by so I chase it up to find out the item wasn’t in stock and is on a back order delaying my delivery 2 months. Annoyed it indicated in stock ( when clearly wasn’t ) because I would of ordered somewhere that had them in,this being the reason they say in stock rather than out of stock. It’s clearly the item was never physical stock and is only ordered at point of sale. Cut a long story short this item never got delivered to me after months of chasing, promised calls back which never happened, managers never available to talk to, promised my cheque was being posted first thing as it’s in his hand all made up as I was chasing again 2 weeks later. So for an item I order on 7th March which failed to arrive I finally got a refund 1st December
