Returned a faulty lawnmower to be repaired, they received it on the 18/02/2025 haven’t received any response from them as yet, no reply to my emails and the same as other reviews been on hold for over an hour on the phone. Why arrange a collection if you know your business is going into liquidation?

I bought a triumph 200 litre air compressor in November last year , the none return valve was faulty within a month, so a hefty air leak under the switch meaning the compressor struggled to reach capacity, I called them for some advise and received a rude call centre person who told me the symptoms didn’t make sense , he said possibly the none return valve and I could get a replacement online. I phoned them again around a month ago as I couldn’t find the right part online, they said they were aware of the problem and had new none return valves arriving in 3 weeks, and to try some gardening spares shop in the meantime, I tried them and they hadn’t got anything compressor wise in their shop. The compressor was useless pretty much from day one , constantly leaking and under powered, oil coming out of every outlet and in the tank. Never had a 200 litre air compressor fail after such a short space of time, pointless pursuing a refund with some of the other reviews on here. The actual boss of the company also delivered the compressor and told me I wouldn’t have any issues with it it’s a great machine. Absolute rubbish, none descript compressor with none descript parts that can’t be replaced.

AWFUL COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Brought a Wacker for my father's business, the compression was horrendous so contacted to sort a replacement/refund. 8 collection dates were scheduled and all 8 no one showed up, making me lose out on money from taking time of work to wait around for no collection, my father lost out on money having to hire a replacement for their faulty product. Kept wanting me to leave It in a vulnerable area where anyone could up and take the item because they refused to collect It out of the only garden I have available, they say one thing and want another. The headache I got from this companies back and forth is absolutely wild. It took them 3 MONTHS!! before they finally sorted a collection date and actually showed up to collected it. However, since the collection they are REFUSING to message me back or answer my calls. THEY WILL TAKE THE PRODUCT AND KEEP THE MONEY AND DODGE YOU!! Absolutely awful company, ran horrendously and are THEIVES!!! I have all messages from the company agreeing to a refund, I have them on CCTV collecting the item and I am HAPPY to take you to a small claims court over this.

We took a long journey to visit this store to find it closed due to them moving, which is fair enough. However, their website, google maps and numerous road signage suggests they are still open. Lights on, car park half filled and some doors still open with a small sign stating a move, we curiously called them to see when they were moving, had moved or if they were indeed still open and was very forcefully and rudely received by a man angrily claiming “We are in the process can’t you see the sign?! The sign says we are closed.” (It didn’t.) “Are the doors closed, yes? This means we are shut. We don’t have any location.” We were of course slightly disgruntled by his manner and what could have been a pleasant clarification rather than this perplexing perturbed individual, that should note “store is moving” could be taken as future tense. Perhaps add the word “currently” or have a “closed” sign up on the one shutter door (side entrance was wide open), or, just a thought, be nice and pleasant to your ex customers on the phone? Good luck with your move.

After searching the internet for a new lawnmower blade without success, I called UKHS at 3pm and spoke to BETH in their Customer Service Dept. She advised me that she was relatively new and would have to check with their Stores Manager to see if it was still an item they stock because my lawnmower was 5 years old. Beth said she would call me back in a few minutes (I've heard that before!!!), but 4 minutes later she called back to advise me that the correct blade was found and was available to order. I duly placed the order with Beth who advised me that it would be a 3 -5 day delivery. I explained that my lawn was in desperate need and asked her if anything could be done to receive it within a 2 day period. "I'll do my best"was her reply. At 1:30pm, the following day, (yes, the next day), my new blade arrived delivered by Yodel. Brilliant service Beth. Thank you - You are a superstar.
