   Friendly staff and reasonably priced, especially the ESI programmable roomstats (cheapest out there) and i even learnt an incredible bit of knowledge one visit that stuck with me for the rest of that day and that was the ESI diverter valves are compatible with Honeywell, Drayton and I think another, it will screw on, it will clip-on and it has another groove onit indicating it would fit onto another valve body and they are 20 odd quid for the head which is a bargain N half so it goes to show that the staff are informative and helpful even to a knowledgeable engineer who's been in the trade for many years
