    STAY AWAY!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! Ordered the bed I emailed them on when my delivery would be so I could book the day off work they emailed be back saying that delivery would be week after the 31st October was not not happy about as that was over 2 weeks!! They never answer the phone get cut off after 10 mins!! Quick to reply to emails though?? I booked the day off work for delivery then have an email saying it wasn’t going to be delivered so they told me that the courier they use was damaging the beds so have to use another company called that company they had never heard of the company or my delivery.... so I emailed Home arena and demanded someone to contact me for some reason they kept dodging the request?? I had to threaten to take further action on a number of accastion to finally have my bed deliverd. This company is shocking and will never go back there!! Trading standers will he informed of this company as they keep messing people about and it’s allot of money they take!!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I bought an ottoman bed from them and when delivered there were that many faults, lid wouldn’t close, hole in the base, the holes for the headboard were drilled wrong, and the mattress quality was a joke. I immediately asked from my money back. That was 30th August. Despite several mails promising repayment, I am still waiting to be reimbursed. They never answer their phone, and will now not respond to my e-mails. I have passed the matter to Barclaycardto get my money back.

    Shocking company. Bed ordered through amazon on 18 August 17 for delivery 01 September 17. I contacted them for confirmation only to be told they need 10 working days ( which will pass tomorrow ). I was then told delays due to bank holiday and bed is with courier ( the website says deliver themselves ). Amazon have been told the bed is out for despatch. They then stopped answering my emails. Finally got a reply to say the depot are not in my area so they have processed a refund. The reviews on amazon are good. I should have looked at HOMEARENA website. A report going to trading standards as well.

    Worse company ever. Bed arrived 1 week later than said, all different shades of grey and no fittings. Phoned them up don't answer the phone get cut of after 10 minutes and 28 seconds every time. Emailed them said a replacement within 7 days, didn't turn up. Asked for a refund and them to collect bed, took them another 2weeksto collect bed. Waited for 4 weeks more for refund came up with lots of excuses, be in your account within 5days. The last time they said 48 hours, still not in so told them I would take them to court they phoned me said they would put the money in that day, got it in the afternoon and that was only got that because I threatened them with court. Be aware don't buy from them.

    I read several poor reviews of homearena but I did read a couple of good ones, so I decided to order. I ordered a regency divan set with 2 drawers and orthopaedic mattress. Yes it does take a while to receive the bed but the timescale is clearly stated on the website. I ordered online. However any questions or queries I had prior to ordering and after were dealt with promptly on the chat facility on their website. Was pleasantly surprised with the good quality of the bed, mattress and free headboard. However I didn't receive the attattchments for the headboard. I informed on the chat. I then received email, and it was sent out to me in first class delivery. I was really impressed with the quality of the bed for the price and the quality of the customer service. Definitely recommend this company. And no I don't work for the company or affiliated with them. Came across them online when I was looking for a bed.

    I ordered divan bed and mattress on 16th May and delivery was meant to be within 7-10 days. Heard nothing from HomeArena until I called them on 24th May and they made excuses saying have the couriers not been in touch and I requested a refund. I was told this would be within 7 days. Surprise surprise 7 days later not refund. I have sent emails every 2 days since and they keep giving excuses that refund will be made within 48 hours - it is now 16th June and still not received refund. Do not buy from this company! I had to give one star to be able to post.

    1 star is far too much for this company, I have been dealing with an issue with them for 9 months. My bed I bought from them had broken 1 month after use and I emailed them to issue a refund. They told me to send pictures and I did. They advised me that they could send out new bed slats but I just wanted a refund. They completely refused a refund and sent out the slats anyway. They turned up to be the wrong size for the bed, so I emailed them again but this time they told me they didn't have any notes of previous emails from me and told me to send more pictures. I was not very happy. Once I had sent more pictures they said they will issue me a refund when they contact me again. After this they had then ignored all emails I had sent to them for 2 months until I emailed Amazon (where I saw the bed) and then they called me that day. Again they said they had no notes of my previous emails and wanted to see more pictures. I've told them that I am getting in contact with Trade and standards and a solicitor because of back pains now yet they are still refusing a refund again. I am still dealing with this issue to this day! I have spoken to at least 5 different people from the same company and they have all been useless. Their customer service is appalling and the business is outrageous. Please do not buy from this company unless you want months of torture and betrail.
