   The service we received was awesome. We needed tooling urgently for a new HOMAG machine we had delivered. We contacted EMST at 4pm on the same day and they helped us navigate our requirements to set the machine up with the tooling needed that evening. They were able to find the items in stock, generate an order and have the items ready for collection the following day at 8:30am for when they opened. Grant, Nick and Alex were all helpful.    The work they do is very good, but trying to get served at the counter is another thing. I had waited 10 minutes today to be served, pressed what looked like a bell a few times and had just got my phone out to ring them when a passing guy asked if I was OK and said he would go and find somebody to help. It's like they don't want you there but stoped their delivery/collection service some time ago.
