Used click and collect here. The machine was not functioning correctly to accept my code and the staff member on duty was really helpful in orchestrating a work around to ensure the effective processing of my order. My order was correct.

Shocking behaviour from M&S. Bike parking is often obstructed and incompetent drivers often park in the M/C spaces. Must do better M&S if you want to encourage more sustainable transport visits.
Used to love coming here until av staff member at self checkout ms followed me outside accusing me of stealing she was extremely rude and aggressive! I went back into the store as I did not steal and found it disgusting to even be accused instead of apologizing she was slamming baskets and telling other customers acting like she is the victim in this!!! Never in my life have I ever come across such a rude ignorant person her manager had to come and apologize on her behalf the manager could see I did not steal anything yet this staff member still did not apologize and continued slamming baskets! I find it crazy she is still working there around the public with such a horrible attitude after seeing me she sniggered vile human. I definitely will not be going back in to this store going forward it's a shame I don't have her name but absolutely disappointing she is still there with a nasty rude attitude
Well you can't go wrong at M & S. The food is consistently great and they have such a large selection of ready meals at affordable prices, you just have to stop and buy some. Staff are extremely helpful

Great M&S - quite a large amount of choice. Friendly and helpful staff both in the shop and at the cafe. Shame there's no vegan options at the cafe though.

Nice food hall. Their fresh fruit is out of this world. It costs almost double what it would in a cheaper supermarket but it tastes amazing. Their ready meals aren’t bad but I rather go for their fresh stuff. Pretty awesome crisp selection as well.
