   The shop itself is great, but the security guard is another story. I completely understand that he has a job to do, but every single time I go in, he follows me around, and it couldn’t be more obvious. When we first moved to Long Eaton and started shopping at Aldi, I mentioned it to my partner and he thought I might be overthinking it. Now even he agrees it’s gone too far. It’s reached the point where I feel uncomfortable going in because I’m made to feel intimidated, as if I’m doing something wrong, even though I’ve never stolen anything in my life. No one should be made to feel like a criminal while doing their shopping. Just yesterday, he stood right next to us while we were looking at the cheese. And reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who feels this way. On top of that, there was an occasion when a member of staff wasn’t watching where they were going with one of the shop’s trolley carts. As they passed, they caught my hand quite badly. They didn’t apologise, just looked and carried on. A bit of courtesy would have gone a long way

   Cheap food and meals a sandwich for about 1 £ which you can almost not buy any more other shops sell sandwich or food for about 2.25 £ really good and cheap food

   Produce quality has dropped significantly. For example, "specially selected" tomatoes had mould on them, which I realised when unpacking my shopping. This isn't the first time either. Won't be buying from Aldi anymore, especially not fresh items.

   Always ask for your receipt! Cashiers must be more professional. They need to be trained!! It is not the first time they apply the discounts wrongly (always lower than it is labeled). Are they doing it on purpose?? She even asked me the items twice because the barcode did not work and, still applied 30% instead of 50%. It is a small amount of money, 0.19p per item, however, I am sure if I miss 0.19p, they will not let me go in peace. Additionally, I would have taken the normal price one with a longer expiration date.

   Good food and prices, you get a lot more for your money than the main retailers. Will visit again. Popped in for a big food shop, found a few extra gifts for Xmas along with most of my shop and some lovely veg and still not spent as much as previously.

   Easy enough place , still don't agree with how they throw your shopping at you. It wasn't even busy at 8.20am this morning yet all my groceries were thrown at me like he was in the world's biggest rush .

   As expected, clean shopping area, good choice of fresh fruit and vegetables. Had my cheese and bacon crisp bakes, and I spent some time managing to find a few items that I needed, while he was looking round the centre aisle.
