   Went to get my nails done for my sister’s wedding - the nail artists provided a great service and helped me get a look close to the reference photo I brought. It’s been three weeks now and the nails have held up very well. I’ve only just chipped the paint for the first time yesterday, which is far better than my usual track record with acrylics as I am quite clumsy. They’ve been complimented many times about my day to day life, would go again in future.

   Been going to this salon the last year - quality of nails is high and some do really nice nail art which I liked. Today my appointment was at 1pm. I was running late due to the major roadworks near Holywood so closed the bypass which usually only takes me 10 mins to drive to. I called them at 1.10 just to say I would be 5 mins later she said they might be able to take me. I arrived exactly 1.15pm - can't take me. The logic would be to do my infill and if your next appointment runs 5-10mins delay just do it - as 1. I am customer who comes in every 2 weeks unlike their customers who are come in once every so often 2. The other customer is likely not on time and might be 5 mins late or even not show up. Now they have lost my revenue - at least 1-1.5k a year they receive from me - just over 5 mins...mmmm if it was my business I would of took me and let the other customer wait 5-10mins and took the revenue. As a loyal customer I have been rarely late and 99.9% arrive early to appointments. I could of said this them today but didn't wish to leave an unpleasant atmosphere in salon with other customers.

   Lovely bright salon with friendly staff .would love to see more nail art displayed to help with choices and see what they can offer .Also nail piercing would be a novel idea .Feel Hollywood Nails was a bit expensive for basic design

   This place has become a once a month stop for me to get my nails done, no idea is to much and there is always someone willing to take on the task even for the more difficult design, they are always really friendly, I absolutely love it

   Pretty nails, 7+ days wear and no chips. Affordable service. Staff are ok, some are chatty, some aren't. Cash only, as a lot of these places are. One thing I found strange was they don't do gel nail extensions/repairs (only acrylics), as apparently the gel won't stick to the fake nails directly. Found this odd as I've had extensions/repairs put on under gel polish in 3 different salons and they've lasted 2-3 weeks. Got 1 acrylic extension and looks the same as the other nails though, so happy.

   I didn't really enjoy my experience here. Very conveyor belt like system going on. Never had to pay to have shellacs removed before when I was getting new ones on. The first girl buffed off my shellacs when the point of shellac is to soak them off. When I said this she was not best pleased, huffed about soaking them, then proceeded to buff off the remaining polish after a very short soak, grazing my finger in the process. Nails are a thin mess after. Then after being moved across the room to a different seat another girl proceeded to throw me a loop of painted nails and told me to call her when I had picked. In all fairness to this second girl she took the time to paint them well and did a great job but conversation was still tough. £34 for removal, repaint and glitter on two nails on each hand. Three nails had broke within the first day. It was okay, but I'll not be back.
