Very rude customer service. I felt very uncomfortable while being served by a young lad at the till. He showed no respect or courtesy towards customers. This young staff member needs more training on basic manners, such as saying “please” and “thank you,” and paying proper attention while serving customers.
Brilliant staff, always have a smile and a friendly greeting
It's after 6 and the store is still closed, people are waiting at the door, they are late for work, they will fire them, they will lose the family house, their property. Their children will starve and that's all because someone was late for such a big market
Absolutely lovely staff at this Tesco Express. I came in today to purchase a bottle of water I came in parched, feeling faint and about to throw up. The lovely manager Sam and few other colleagues assisted me out of their own kindness. Sam stayed with me until she knew I was fit enough to move. I’m so touched, and convinced that Tesco staff go above and beyond for their customers. Very happy with how helpful everyone was today :)
Been going here for the last few years, and for some reason staff are so young and rude, and the security are weird aswell. I Hate going in there now but it's the closest tesco to me...
Rating is reflective of the staffing! Good, hard working however the eye for detail is let down for a 5 star. I was served today 05/01/22 at the till by a young colleague with curly brown hair, wearing glasses with no Tesco uniform, no challenge 25 badge (nor being challenged whereas I am normally) or name badge. Being an operative manager in a competitor I am fully aware of the due diligence required at all times for such a critical part of the business!!
Firstly, let me say the staff are fantastic. However two things sometimes like this morning it doesn't open at 6am. And the second thing is that the papers are often late.
Was today in TESCO . Outside people waiting 2 meters from each other. But in side picture is different. Staying in the queue, staff putting drinks on the shelf close to me. People not keeping social distance. Should I put in risk myself and my family. Sstaff is absolutely rude.
NO SELF-SERVICE MACHINE and UNDERSTAFFED are the main negatives. Been going here for a year now. Good selection of products, produce and food as well as various culture foods too but queues in this Tesco are horrible..
