   This shop has gone to the pits since being took over by the family that run it currently. Particularly the old woman who is usually behind the till. She is always dressed like an absolute scruff bag in her dressing gown slobbing behind that till being rude and unwelcoming. She snatches your money from your hand like she's never seen a tenner before. Won't help you find items in fact makes it more of a job. Always has a face like misery. Well known by the locals as a battleaxe I bet she's fun at parties.

   Definitely more choice since the refurbishment, however we’ve been sold out of date food and overcharged recently. Edited and reduced to two stars as still being overcharged. They either don’t know the prices of the items, or they’re purposely adding 10/20p onto each item as what should’ve been a £3.50 bill became over £4 for some reason.

   Outstanding store for a bargain on a budget weekly shop. The prices are excellent and the variety of goods, for a small shop, is great. Staff always friendly. Post Office just been added which is a real bonus and now gives it a 5 star rating
