   I was waiting outside of Aldi for 10 minutes, for my my boss. Nobody I saw parking in the parent and child bays had a child, and Nobody in the disabled bays was displaying a blue badge.

   Having only recently moved to Ilkeston, thought we’d try Aldi as I used Aldi before I moved. Have been put off completely mainly due to staff. Very rude & extremely bad manners. Unfortunately can’t even say it was 1 time because it’s happened to me and my partner on multiple occasions now.

   Cheap and has most basics. This is one of the very few times I shopped from Aldi (perhaps the first) and they were much cheaper than other supermarkets. Fruit and veg were delicious, and everything else was great too. We loved the honey selection and its prices. Will definitely be going back soon. I gave a 4 star cause the range of products was small but not a major issue. Will definitely shop from there again very soon.

   Had the misfortune of going in here last night, place was filthy, boxes all over the floor, pallets of stuff left in the eisles so you couldn't see anything, dirty floors, freezing cold instore, went in for bread and they didn't have any..... shocking

   Perfectly serviceable as an Aldi goes. Do not like the new layout as now you pickup some veg, some dry, then your fridge stuff, then back to dry goods and then some more veg... What?? Also shame that the good people of Ilson have destroyed the doors on the new fridge section, and even more a shame they haven't fixed them since they broke the first week they were in. Plagued by the same issues as any busy Aldi. Total luck if you go and can get everything as you can turn up and for whatever reason they just won't have that one item you need to finish your shop.

   A great place to do your weekly shop with a wide selection on the shelves and a middle aisle full of all kinds of weird and wonderful things. The staff are very helpful and the shelves are always full.

   Give it a wide berth. Very disorganised store, pallets and boxes everywhere. Never enough tills open and self checkout seems to be full of people trying to nick things ! Poor lady working on those tills was being abused verbally a number of times.
