    Just driven 3 miles to drop parcels off only to be told (without them asking which courier they are for) they arent accepting parcels because they haven't had a collection. No offer of help or an alternative. As my parcels have to ship today its left me stranded. Another customer who won't be using this shop again.

    To the store manager: Do customers have to pay for their purchases at your store? Because this is yet another time I've seen some drunks walk into the store, grab alcohol, and leave. The staff tries to intervene even outside the store, but no one will risk their health over two bottles of wine! The same thing happened yesterday! Perhaps it's time for you to do something about this because it's quite unfair to both customers and employees. If anyone can walk into the store and take whatever they want without consequences, most people will soon start doing the same. And don't hide behind claims of reporting it to the police, if you even do that, because you know that the act is considered low harm, and it won't lead to anything.

    Chicago town cooked pizza! Self service now here too, lovely staff. Great for a meal deal with vast range. Parcel collection too, just needs an ice blast machine now & I’ll always be in!

    Great store and good for convenience. However just be sure to check the dates of things before purchase. Loads of things with the same day date on and not reduced. Brought it to attention to members of staff
