   The staff are terrible to the point of worst service I've ever had in a shop Never has new stock and is massively overpriced. Don't go if your in a rush. It's a 20 min job regardless of how little or much you want. Litrally pick any other shop it's going to be better than this

   Not very wheelchair accessible. There's a lip at doorway that is very hard to get over.

   Costcutter is a 'top-up' shop for in-between big supermarket visits.The Heanor Costcutter has friendly staff and is always clean and tidy. The 7-day late opening times have often saved me running out of bread and milk on a Sunday evening.

   Went in for a bottle of pop had a cat in its carrier after walking past them all into the shop on the way out the staff have just said to me shouldn't be in here with a cat but the old man walking his dog on the shop floor infront of me is ok
