Great bunch of worker's at murdocks I find they are always busy at all times I have a good relationship with the workers in it in newtownards recommend that they will be kept thankyoy lads for your support to my findings
Great selection of all types of building materials, timber products, tools and DIY stuff and very competitive prices. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable; keen to help UNLIKE a certain other other independent hardware merchant whose name I can't quite remember !?!
Called to see if they had s particular item I was looking for - 8" outside drain covers. Only available attached to a drain soil pipe connection. However they are contacting a supplier in Belfast to see if it is possible to purchase the cover separately.
A great team of very helpful staff from the young man at the shop checkout to the manager Terry. Not to mention the delivery driver who literally went above and beyond to help me get my goods through my first floor window! Couldn't have done more to help me. Thanks all

Fantastic service! Ordered a jumbo bag of sand this morning around 10 am was told to expect it early next week. Got a phone call just after 12 to say they were at my house to deliver. Would definitely recommend.
