    Key Hardware was recommended. Therefore I went online to place a large order for the Alexander & Wilks PVD handles. The website is not user friendly, I gave up trying umpteen times. I was able to place the order with Ironmongery in less time and cheaper. The purpose of rating this is encourage Key Hardware to improve the customer experience. I wouldn't have looked elsewhere if the website was working.
