We just ordered bathroom tiles from Topps and we are so happy with our experience. Richard was super helpful and gave us great advice on types of tiles, grout and trims. From keeping a note of the enquiry, to honouring best price, to calling multiple couriers for best options they went above and beyond in helping me and my mum out. Super customer service all round!
Richard and Aaron were super helpful. I needed a particular grout last minute and they were able to hold some aside for me and even stayed a bit later to make sure I got it picked up in time for the tiler despite the voucher road traffic! Great customer service and very friendly team
Sam was very personable and helpful, as are all staff every time I go into Topps Tiles. I had dealt with him before and he remembered everything and even loaded the tiles into my car when I explained I had a bad back. Always a pleasure to deal with and take the pain out of renovating!

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff are exceptional, especially Julia. I now drive past five or so tile companies just to shop there. They are knowledgeable about the products, are extremely patient helping me to translate what the tiler says i need, carry my purchases to the car and all round cheer me up. Well done folks!
A really good selection of tiles. We were looking for a specific shade and we found it here, after trudging unsuccessfully around the other tile shops on Boucher Road. Julia helped serve us with some samples and additional tile ideas and she was a great help. In other tile stores nobody even offered help or to check in with us but she was just brilliant and it was very much appreciated. We are definitely going to place an order with her. Thanks Julia!
I had looked online but was so glad that I called in. They have such a wide range and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up going for something totally different to what I thought I was going to get! It was obvious that the manager and assistant had a lot of experience and helped guide me in my choices! They came across like they genuinely cared. Would highly recommend this great showroom and team!
Bought some tiles and the junior member of staff stated we could return unused full boxes, without stipulating a time frame. Came back with my wife to return a single box and the manager Julia flatly refused stating a 60 day limit - non-negotiable. The junior member of staff even rudely pointed out it was clear on the receipt. There was no sympathy or understanding to this predicament. I rang Topps Tiles costumer services and they kindly said that would be no problem. I returned to the store and Julia called me a bully in front of her staff and even a costumer. I was dumbfounded to say the least. I have never experienced anything like this before. I recontacted costumer services and again they apologized profusely and were shocked at this treatment. They said the area manager would be having words with Julia in relation to her poor conduct. The final cherry on top was the junior staff member stating, "nothing will come of it" - with a wry smile. I hope someone senior from Topps Tiles reads this to sort out the toxic culture in the Boucher store.
