   I had a highly disappointing experience at this shop when attempting to collect a parcel. I was refused service on the grounds that it was "school hours" — a restriction that had not been communicated in any way prior to my visit. There was no signage, no notice at the collection point, and no mention of limited hours during the ordering or delivery process. To make matters worse, the staff member on duty was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Rather than explaining the situation calmly, they spoke with a condescending tone and showed a complete lack of courtesy or willingness to assist. The attitude I encountered was both unpleasant and completely unacceptable in any customer-facing role. If there are specific time restrictions for parcel collection, they must be made clear to avoid wasting customers' time. Regardless of policy, staff should treat people with basic respect — something that was clearly absent in this interaction. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it unless the service improves significantly.

   My child cant get food or drinks from here as it only opens at 9am Where as my childs school is at 8am i would request that you change the opening time

   Dropped off some Evri parcels at this shop at the weekend for the assistant to be very vague when asked where to put my parcel and further questions about my parcels . Left the shop with very little confidence that my parcels would reach their recipients .

   Useful shop to have nearby and it has the 'Evri 'facility which I use for Amazon returns etc however the individual behind the counter is not the most welcoming nor acknowledging of even your presence.

   Never buy milk from here. It's always short life and often sour on purchase. They store it ambient before moving it to the fridges, it's the only reason it's always bad.
