   We had our new bathroom fitted by HHI a few months ago (sorry for the review delay) and the work was completed to a really high standard by the team and with quality fittings. We called to the showroom some months before that and Nicole was brilliant, thorough and very knowledgeable (and patient) in talking us through all the options and laying out the design and measurements on screen. As well as helping us picture it, I think this really helped make the eventual installation so straightforward. It was also a relief having all of the fitters arranged by Nicole and Matthew at HHI as opposed to having to sort ourselves. When it came to the work itself, everyone who came into our home was on time, tidy, friendly and very thorough and professional at their jobs - we were really happy with the end result and any subsequent snags were handled really well and professionally. It all worked seamlessly. Thank you to everyone at HHI, but a special mention to Nicole and Matthew who kept in touch throughout, dealt with any small issues and set it up for success from day 1. Would highly recommend HHI Newtownabbey.

   My husband and I called into HHI Newtownabbey for a look around, without an appointment and with a few rough measurements of our bathroom. We were lucky to get chatting with Alice that evening. From our few rough measurements she easily drew up our dream bathroom. Alice was able to put things in and take things out all to suit our preference and budget. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her ideas and knowledge was endless. She drew up our plans and quote that evening. We were happy with everything and signed the contract. We knew the work would not start for another few months but in-between they kept in touch. Our bathroom was started and from the complete clear out to the complete new bathroom was quick, clean, tidy, professional and reliable. The plumber Stefan was fantastic and made his job look so easy. Bart the fitter/joiner has done an amazing job on our bathroom. He is a complete perfectionist and carried out the work as if it was for his own. He did come across a hairline crack on the new bath and a new bath was sent the next day with no hassle. Pete the electrician, was super quick and tidy, I barley knew he was there . David the manager was in a few times checking things and did a little fix on a drip. Again absolutely no hassle. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with HHI Newtownabbey. Alice is a credit to the company and all the trades men sent to our home were amazing. Could not fault them at all. So friendly, trustworthy and good crack. Thanks again, we will enjoy our new bathroom for many many years. Abi & Jonny

   Although there was quite a long lead time—from placing our order in February to the installation starting in mid-July—it was absolutely worth the wait! Alice in the showroom was brilliant from the very start. She guided us through the design process and helped us choose the right products to suit our space and style. Her advice and knowledge made everything so much easier and gave us real confidence in our choices. While there was a slight delay at the beginning due to a plumber being unavailable to start on the initially advised date, once things got underway, the team were exceptional and everything moved quickly and smoothly. They arrived promptly each day, worked tirelessly with no wasted time, and were incredibly clean and respectful in our home. They barely took a break—even though we offered them tea frequently. They carefully laid protective sheets on all the floors and stairs to avoid any mess and the old bathroom was stripped out within 30 minutes of arrival. The plumber, Stephen O'C., did a great job—efficient, professional, and clearly experienced. The fitter, David H., was outstanding. His attention to detail was second to none—the lines of the tiled panels are perfect, and the whole bathroom looks beautifully finished. The electrician, Michael M., was equally impressive. He was very thorough, ensured everything was completed to a high standard, and even took the time to fix our existing vent. We honestly couldn’t fault any part of the process. We've never experienced tradespeople who were so focused, polite, and skilled. We're thrilled with the finished product and would absolutely recommend HHI Newtownabbey and the entire team for any future work. We'll definitely be using them again!

   I chose HHI (Glengormley Branch) to install new guttering, sills, sofit, end caps etc plus a new door. They quoted 7 weeks lead time and the whole job was completed in 6. We are over the moon and the quality, fit and finish is top drawer. Installers were quick efficient and friendly and we kept them supplied with hot drinks during a freezing week in January. Importantly they were also very tidy, no mess left behind. Quality Job

   Fantastic windows, great workmanship HHI just replaced our totally rotten wooden sunroom windows at a very competitive price. The standard of workmanship and final finish was just astounding. A complete conversion from a very dilapidated draughty sun room to a a bright and draft free room. Mark Houston the fitter was fastidious in his attention to detail and to keeping the working area clear and clean. I have used HHI for a wonderful kitchen, bathroom and some great flooring. Always the same high quality of service, product and workmanship.

   Ordered a door off this company. Pushy salesman came out to take the order. We wanted a plastic door not a composite. Less commission I guess so he was very dismissive. A surveyor was sent out to the house to measure up and the door was to be fitted at a later date. A fitter turned up withe the door but the hinges were on the wrong side. We did get an apology but no offer of money off for their mistake. A surveyor was sent out again I still don’t understand why as no measurements were taken and he just asked why we couldn’t have the door the other way around. The surveyor went on to say that if we took the door we would definitely get money off. We declined now another wait for our door. I will never use this company again.

   We would highly recommend this team to friends and family, especially a huge thank you to Lindsay who is an absolute credit to the company, she managed our whole 5 star experience from start to finish. These guys use only the most professional tradesmen and a massive thank you to them all, very efficient, never stop and leave your home clean and tidy every day. A special shout out to Neil the plumber, definitely one of the most professional tradesmen we have ever come across.

   I organised to have my kitchen, master bathroom and ensuite shower room all remodelled. To complicate things my wife and I were overseas on an extended holiday. So we had the surveys completed prior to leaving and the remainder of the organisation was completed via email. I arrived home two day prior to the scheduled start date of the kitchen. All of the tradies who completed the three rooms were extremely professional. They introduced themselves and outlined what they were here to do and how long it would take. 100% of the tradies completed on time or ahead of time. Not everything went to plan, some redesign had to be undertaken but between the tradies, project leads and contracts manager these changes were handle without impacting the cost or schedule. HHI was recommended to me by my sister who had her bathrooms remodelled by HHI. In turn I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HHI. If you are considering undertaking remodelling your bathroom and/or kitchen I would recommend HHI. The picture below show the three rooms, first two change the main bathroom to a wet room, next two show the ensuite increased the size of the shower which was quite small. Finally the kitchen was completely redesigned.
