   I rung for taxi from Poundland in willenhall to gough close Wednesfield, because I didn’t know the postcode to my daughters address he put the phone down, I rung to order taxi again & once again he put phone down on me, down right rude, I ordered ABC taxi he didn’t ask for a postcode, came within 5 mins great service

   Pre-booked a taxi with 3 hours advance notice. At time of pick up said they were running late, had several texts to say this. After 25 minutes tried to call them. Their automated system said I was 15th in queue, then 14, then 13, then 15! Nightmare service. Had to cancel in the end. Do not use them!

   Pre-booked a taxi with these on new years eve and received a text message 5 minutes before my taxi was due to arrive to say that they had successfully cancelled my taxi. When I tried to call them, it told me at first that the number was not in use, then after several attempts, the number rang but there was no answer to help. Definitely would not recommend. I assume that they will allow you to pre-book with them, but then they pick and choose which journey would benefit them best. Poor service

   Never had a bad experience with this company and are always reasonable prices too. Always come fast after calling up and if you do wait a while they apologize but it's very rare your waiting no longer than about 10 minutes if that aha obviously they have this busy periods like new years but they do tell you in advance there is a wait which is really good and the drivers are always friendly and make conversation with you too :) never had a problem with this company at all
