   After 2 years of using this service very often, I would have rated them 5 stars. Unfortunately 2nd June, I called them for a ride from Hednesford to Chadsmoor at 12am. I was told that the address was barred and so was my phone number. She was polite and I had used them 2 days before with no problem. Obviously some allegation has been made, I dont know what but when I asked what, I was told that they didn't have to give a reason. Obviously I'm sad because I honestly haven't a clue. The only thing that I can say is I don't want to know any company that treats customers this way. I mistakenly thought that I was a loyal customer, I will NEVER use them again. This was 2 disabled ladies returning from a weekend away at night. NO REASON given, lessons learnt, I will use Corkys or Uber in future.

   Unfortunately had a bad experience with this company , husband allways uses this firm .. he booked a taxi for pickup at 12 pm from cannock train station .. 12.10 .. no taxi so he rings and politely asks what time taxi is coming as it was prebooked to pickup at the Chinese restaurant side of the station not the carpark side ..which is where this firm allways pick him up from at this time of night ... he was met with rudeness and abuse as they could not understand the Chinese side .. 3 times we tried to explain but no go .. I'm the end my husband said to forget it and he would walk into town .. he was met with please yourself .. all this at 12.15 at night ... disgusting rude man on the line .. Will never use again .

   Late night taxi home the early hours of saturday morning...George the driver was polite and courteous didn't have the cash to pay him so dropped it in the office. Taxi operator was super pleasent too. Will defo use again! Thanks again, Chris

   Brilliant taxi service had a driver called Jamie and he is Brilliant, he helped with my pram and bags. He made the journey safe me for and my daughter and he was lovely to talk to would recommend this service to anyone and the driver Jamie and he was very professional and lovely chap to talk to.

   Fabulous company. We had a driver the other day take us to Nottingham, I'm so sorry i can't remember his name. What a fantastic man, he was friendly, chatty, brilliant driver which may sound a mad statement but some drivers from other places who've used previous haven't made us feel so comfortable or confident as a passenger. I'm a nervous passenger anyway but didn't even feel like we were moving. Sounds odd i know, hard to explain. The company from begin to end was fabulous will definitely be back.

   Quick response. Friendly and helpful drivers. Pleasant and cheerful dispatcher. They are always willing to accommodate us even with a full shop, a 4 year old, a wheelchair and 2 adults to pack into the vehicle.

   I have never had such a rude driver. Not only was he rude he was nasty to my 6 year old. I am a loyal user of tv however due to this driver I will not be using them ever again. Sorry to all the other drivers but this man has ruined it. The others are great. However I can say hand on heart I will not be using them ever again.
