   Beautiful nails and great service! The only thing why I gave 3 stars is because their admin is not great. I was trying to organise a nail appointment for my sister for a gift and was trying to pay in advance. I put in message in the booking to notify this but no action were taken until the day itsef. By that time, I have already sorted it with my sister.

   After an awful experience with another nail salon in Plymouth, I had a thoroughly superb nail appointment with Charlotte today. Her attention to detail and standard of nail work is 1st class. I am so happy with my nails and have already booked up for the next few infill session! 100% recommend!

   Had my nails done for the first time and had a really pleasant experience. Ellie did a really amazing job, I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Completely obsessed with them already! If anyone wants to get their nails done definitely get them done here! I will definitely be back!
