   I was in Aldridge on business and the Company I was with didn't have a regular service they used so we went for SOS because they had the highest Google score. Booked via telephone with a very helpful receptionist. Car arrived on time, took the quickest route and was very reasonably priced. Car was clean.

   Avoid SOS Taxis!! Ordered a taxi from this company and definitely not to be used if you want to reach your destination. I was told that the taxi would be there in 20 minutes. However after waiting almost 2 HOURS for the driver to pick me up after constant chasing with the driver and the office. Bear in mind being desperate for the toilet due to the building facilities being closed. Can't understand the difficulty as I was drop off at the SAME location in the morning by a taxi with no problems at all. After all that, still paid the driver the original price with the driver's cheek to say '' I won't charge you extra''. Spoke to, what I assume to be a manager to request for a receipt to be reimburse. Again facing difficulty to obtain a simple receipt from Khan ( assumed manager), who hanged up to discard the incident. Please be aware these drivers don't know how to use simple navigation systems. Avoid at all costs, don't want anyone to go through the same experience!!

   We were quoted £26 for a journey then when they picked us up the driver wanted £35 but after a phone call to the office environment route we were quoted £30 as the operator had given us the wrong price. A bit of unnecessary stress on the way home at 1am to be honest.

   ZERO STARS! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TAXI FIRM. I booked airport transport online for a specific time, supplying flight details so the driver would know if we were delayed. We were not delayed. I offset the pick up time 20 minutes from planned arrival to allow for passport control. The firm was aware of that we only had hand luggage and arrived 48 MINUTES LATE. Take note that this was 02:40 in the morning; a time when people do not want to be waiting around. The time they were meant to be at the airport, I called them and they did not even seem aware of the job, asking for luggage details and timings. I had received full text confirmation of the booking with a reference number 3 days previous. They then said they would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I received the tracking message and noticed he was near my home address (nowhere near the airport!); I called the firm again and said this and again they said another 20 minutes. When they finally arrived they had 4 other passengers that they were dropping off first (clearly to save them sending two drivers out and save themselves money!). The driver was apologetic and said to speak to management the following day as the day team are separate to the night team. Management were disgraceful, completely rude on the phone and shouting from the moment I started explaining what had happened; saying things like "these things happen", "yeah we did want to save ourselves money", "we're left waiting all the time", "nobody wanted to pick you up", "what do you want us to do love" and then ended it by hanging up on me! He defended himself by saying we hadn't prepaid. When booking online it did not give me this option (I would have been happy to prepay). Regardless they accepted the job! A taxi company has one job to do. Pick up passengers on time. This taxi company DOES NOT do this and they are INTIMIDATING and RUDE.
