   Avoid this service with a bargepole if you want to be at risk due to the driver Melyvn Gill using his mobile phone at the wheel while driving its worth avoiding. He drove over the pedestrian walk path due to reading and responding to a text on his mobile...shocking for a licence cab for Dudley Council. The driving can be erratic due to road rage, sudden sharp breaking...so always wear your seatbelt to protect your life. Be prepared to listen to his life stories on repeat about his family affairs, career history, and whatever you say be ready to be stopped due to a comparing story or situation whatever the topic...he's always done better!!! He's very arugumentive and even fell out with my neighbours due to his parking on the drive way. This is my first ever review written in history, but I feel it's worth sharing my experience of hell and stress while using SOS as an account job. Make sure you keep ever receipt at least for 12months! I've been frightened that he will contact the police regarding a delay on a invoice, despite every payment paid or pending to be cleared into his account. If you won't to avoid stress...avoid SOS which stands for "Save Our Soul"!!! Don't waste your money on such a service which induces stress due to lack of timekeeping and making you late for meetings with work. If I could give no stars I would but one is what I have to give :( #avoidsosprivatehire
