Family of 5 went to see this year's panto as we have done for many years. This year lacked its usally flair but having said that the panto Dame was amazing as expected, the Prince made the show he was so funny and enthusiastic, maleficent was majestic scary and humorous The bear has such a beautiful voice. If it hadn't been for these 4 actors the panto this year would of been disappointing.

Thoroughly enjoyed Sleeping Beauty Pantomime here this year. The stall seating was comfortable and offered great views of the stage.

We went to see 'to kill a mocking bird', which was excellent. From the point of booking I was kept really well informed about timings, how to get there, parking, access etc. It was very helpful being our first time to the venue. We sat in the circle, which is fairly steep, but has excellent visibility, even if you have a tall person sat in front of you. Very good! The bars were open in good time and drinks easy to buy or book for the interval and a water urn was available too, which is great. A really great venue and play. Certainly recommended and we'll be going back again.

A small theatre but very comfortable. The show was engrossing and emotional at the end. Watched the Bee Keeper from Aleppo which we thoroughly enjoyed. Acting superb.

The playhouse is a stunning theatre that deserves more praise than it gets for the venue of its size. Featuring a really diverse lineup of productions throughout the year, it's always a pleasure to see shows here. The only thing that I can really put as a negative is the parking as there isn't much nearby if you want to be close to the theatre itself, there's a strip right outside and a few side streets but it can get very busy understandably. Price wise tickets are competitive and the staff are all friendly and welcoming, can't fault it really. The only reason I've marked it down slightly is the parking, otherwise it's fab!

Went to see Al Murray at the playhouse. Venue is excellent. Very clean, comfortable seats, good views of the stage. Bar staff and ushers were all very friendly and helpful. Would be happy to return again.

Lovely venue, had a real close feel about it. The play we watched was excellent, our view of the stage from the circle (upper tier) and audibility were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable!

First visit to the theatre and found it to be a very enjoyable one. Our tickets were for the upstairs seating and it was a great view. The sound was excellent, the lighting was excellent and the play was excellent. Looking forward to booking another visit as soon as there is something of interest.
