   My experience with Vue is usually amazing, but this particular cinema completely ruined it. This was honestly the worst cinema visit I’ve ever had. The security guard, Marcus, was extremely rude and behaved as if he had more authority than anyone else. Customers come to the cinema to relax and enjoy their time, not to be spoken to in an insulting and intimidating manner. Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from Vue.

   I’ve been coming to this cinema for a few months now since it switched to a Vue. Honestly the staff wasn’t the most helpful to begin with but through time they’ve become so friendly and you can tell the manager has put time in building a team that genuinely cares for the cinema and customers. Every time I go I’m greeted with a friendly hello and there’s never any hassle I show my ticket and I’m straight through. The cinema is always clean and has a relaxing atmosphere pretty much all the time.

   Just visited the new Vue in Nottingham and went to see Fantastic Four in their new EPIC screen. Honestly this is a good improvement over the old IMAX screen cineworld had. The old one was extremely loud and screechy and the projection was mid at best. The new screen though is crystal clear and the new Dolby audio system sounds much better at a good volume! The "reclining" seats are probably the worst part as they aren't electronic meaning you have to lean back with your weight which isn't as comfortable but is alright overall. The screen is 2.39:1 aspect ratio so perfect for the new action movies and fills your vision! The level of quality from this screen was nearing Dolby Vision level which is some of the best in the country so definitely worth seeing in this screen over the other standard screens! Overall the whole cinema is now refreshed from it's old tired look and is much better under Vue's intuition! P.S the Air-Con also works well now unlike other reviews said so they must have fixed it. Well done Vue excellent job 5/5

   City centre location. Easy access once you've managed to park. Imax theatre is very comfortable, stunning sound and impressive screen. It's located on the top floor, which is accessible via an escalator or lift and wheelchair ramp if needed. Staff are nice and very helpful.

   Very tidy. But i feel sound system needs to be improved. Other than that everything was nice in theatre and other places as well. Best playing zone for kids too

   We always come here for our movie night and enjoy the experience. The staff are friendly and all the screens are clean. Easy access to the car park and city centre and other places. Only one downsize, women toilet is clean but every hand soap dispenser is empty

   Staff are always nice and helpful! Today there was an error that meant our movie didn't play just as it was getting ready to start, so the management provided info for people to get a refund for their ticket, as well as giving a free movie ticket which meant that we were able to "upgrade" to watch the movie in IMAX starting 10 minutes later!
