   I shop often in tesco, I was in store yesterday and both weighing scales for fruit and veg were out of action, I said to one of the staff, are you aware the scales don't work, he said you may go and get someone to fix them, then walked off,no help there whatsoever, I would appreciated if he had said I will try and get that sorted now, not just pass that task on to me as the customer, usually staff are very helpful but sadly I picked the wrong one then.

   I was trying to get red wine and a wedding anniversary card. I had my younger sister with me at self checkouts. An older man who seemed like management was extremely nasty and raised his voice when i tried to buy wine again cause my sister didn’t have ID. i explained that this is not for her, she’s too young to have ID it’s for a wedding anniversary. Just beware everyone if you have kids with you you’ll not get served alcohol.

   Be aware of all citrus fruits being treated (or poisoned) with IMAZALIL and FLUDIOXONIL Both cause cancer, Fludioxonil especially causes breast cancer. It's a shame that we as human beings have to poison ourselves with these chemicals, just due to possible "mold" or looks of the fruit. Tesco, you should do better. But until you do, I won't buy anymore fruit from your store and also boykot all other products with chemicals that harm human beings (which is nearly 80% of your products) (Sacharin, Asparatum, Sucralose, Metasulphite etc.) Just to name a few of the most common and famous ones. Be aware and stop buying this products. It's more harmful than you know. Don't worry, those vitamins in those fruits are so minimal, so you're not missing on anything. Search for different stuff, local, grown your own etc. Awaken to these facts and check what you buy. Like that we can change the world of these products. Good health to all

   Don't really use this store much. We just happened to be in Marks & Spencer and just shopped here for smaller things on the lead up to Xmas. Can say one thing though out of all the mince pies the family bought we voted Tesco's the best tasting and best value.

   I wont be back, but I still love tesco and go to Springhill where the staff are much better. I tried to return an item to this store (as they gave me the wrong item when I came the night before, it was something from the customer service desk), and the girl called her manager who read my receipt and accused me of bringing a different receipt from a different shop to her , infront of everyone, then when I gave a description of the staff who served me the night before she tried to claim no such person worked there - as if I would get a receipt from a different tesco store (did she think I found it on the street?) and try return the item to somehow scam them out of the £20. In the end she re-read the receipt and realized i DID buy it from that store, like I said, but she didnt even refund me, despite most of their products saying something on it like 'not happy? we will refund anything!', I ended up ringing tesco complaints department and they apologized and refunded me. The manager here was just quick to accuse me of things and she tried to call me out infront of the queue of people behind me.

   Usually a great place to shop but one staff member was very rude and would not serve me a single bottle of wine because the person I was with did not have their id. “Tesco policy” apparently. When asked did they sell a certain item they weren’t even interested and also rude.

   Great experience at Tesco rathmore ,gad been up for a magazine but unable to buy as no registered code , went back few days later,same thing. Spoke to a lovely guy who was the manager, and went back after Easter and very apologetic , as he does not know the problem why it cannot be sold, and as i had been up a few times, gave me a choice of a free magazine, for the hassle if coming up all the times i did . The manager was called ANDY did not get his 2nd name ,

   I am no longer a friend of or customer of this store. I am neither friendly with or have ever been friendly with any members of this store. I will treat their management team with the same disrespect they trested me. That is with plain , unadulterated contempt. The very least a person should expect is respect , not ignorant silence. You will not get the chance to behave like that towards me again.
