βGreat supermarket if you know what you're after. Generally good for beef, chicken and breaded fish as well as interesting jarred foods allowing you to cook from scratch, creating tasty, healthy dishes at an affordable price. I also recommend Lidl wines and many of their other products, as well as a fun browse in the middle aisle.β
βHelpful, friendly staff. Great choice of products, and a large selection of locally produced products.β
βCome here literally every day what can I say the place is absolutely mint. They even take the bp loyalty scheme so after I buy 189 protein milks I get the 190th one for free, cheers lads.β
βOpen after 21:00 on Saturdays - that's an achievement in the post-covid world of excuses. Some interesting deals on hard liquor here. Bananas are here! Both Tesco and Lidl regularly sell out of decent-sized bananas, this place does not .β
βGreat experience at Tesco rathmore ,gad been up for a magazine but unable to buy as no registered code , went back few days later, same thing. Spoke to a lovely guy who was the manager, and went back after Easter and very apologetic , as he does not know the problem why it cannot be sold, and as i had been up a few times, gave me a choice of a free magazine, for the hassle if coming up all the times i did . The manager was called ANDY did not get his 2nd name ,β
