   Awful went in on Friday to ask for a prescription the girl was quite sharp with me told I had to reorder becsue it had been six weeks it had been there . Went back again today and told them my prescription I had to pick up for and she said I never said the other person I was picking up for which is a lie because I know I did and that’s why I was there I’m not stupid back in the day the staff I had where very helpful and kind twice this person has been sharp with me .

   Staff gave me wrong medication then refused to return item 10 minutes later. Im out of pocket due to staff mistake

   Why will this Boots, collect a prescription from a surgery 2-3 miles away for free but then ask £5 to deliver the medicine to a house less than 1 mile away? Anybody care to guess why this is, because the staff there tell me they don't know, they just follow the rules.
