Ordered an online delivery from here and it was marked delivered and never came as I have a door camera. The store manager failed to ring me 3 times. Absolute disgrace. I still don't know what happened. I felt like I was begging to get my own money back. Never Order from Tescos online. The worst customer service.

Lauren was extremely helpful in store today, she went above and beyond to help me during a busy time in the store. Excellent reflection of her amazing qualities as a person and an asset to Tesco Knocknagoney.

Any amount of parking, in fact the carpark could hold 12 busses. Sadly no electric chargers on site. Big story with plenty of choice

The store had many items in for sale. The new Autumn cushions are out. Store was quiet on my visit but was clean and staff were visible. I sent in to print some photos and had a nightmare of a time as the device failed to connect and placed order online, after much issues, it was resolved but not fair to lower star rating on self service photo kiosks. There are plenty of specials and they always have a good supply of stationary all year round

*Large and spacious. I visit this Tesco regularly and really like it. It is all on the ground floor, very spacious, with a large selection of goods. Staff are always nice and accommodating. Toilets: adequate and clean though Tescos are not known for having excellent toilet facilities. Car Parking: very large, plenty of spaces. However, as with so many supermarket car parks, many of the 'accessible' spaces are taken by non-accessible people which is unfair on people like me who never take up such spaces.

Overall many products, but I give w stars for the quality, what happened with fresh whole milk? It doesn't have a taste nor smell, tastes like water...

Here is where I do most of my groceries shopping and, like my old car, I kind of have a soft spot for this Tesco Extra. We love that there is plenty of space in the special parking area for parents with kids and there are shopping carts adapted to directly put the baby car seat. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. There is a big caffe upstairs. The only negative thing I would say is that sometimes there is a stock issue and I can’t find products that I regularly buy there, I thought it was a problem with brexit but they should have resolved it by now.

The staff in thus store are super friendly and helpful. The fresh flowers are the best I know anywhere. Better than any florist and half the price. Shopping in this store is a good experience.

A huge store let down by several factors. I use ‘scan as you shop’, and of my last five visits I’ve had a quality check at the check out, where my groceries are unceremoniously unpacked and the whole purpose is completely defeated. At the check outs I’m regularly left idle for an age waiting for assistance if the self service process hits a snag which is invariably does. The merchandising is abysmal. They have an aisle with a huge ‘Meat’ sign. But you won’t find ham on this aisle, no, you’ll find ham on the aisle with the huge ‘Cheese’ sign. You’ll find all the different sugar varieties on a different aisle from every other bakery product. That’s just two small examples. On more than one occasion I’ve observed the staff using the Parent and Child parking spaces to their own luxury. I’ve had to walk all around the lot looking for a trolley as the trolley bay at the front door has been empty. Some items seem to take a month to come back into stock - certain frozen goods, nappy bags, chilled meals, and others will be replaced by empty shelves for weeks/months at a time. Customers regularly park in the drop off bay, abandoning their cars there for ages and nothing is done by the store to tackle this. Whereas Taxis will avoid this bay, even then it is available, and instead block the entirety of the car park by instead electing to park right outside the door - again nothing is done by the store to tackle this. The end-to-end customer experience is the opposite of barrier-free, and the store offers little to no effort in making it any better.

Since the new system came in it's turned shambolic,8 to 10 people waiting to get scanners on arrival,2 entrances to the new scan pack and pay, creating a fair amount of confusion when trying to check out and creating a bit of a free for all to get a till. Far too many people too many people going with full trolleys to the tills and then scanning goods at the till and bagging them there, causing huge queue's.Not enough staff to deal with problems at the tills when they happen. All in all,if I want to get a few things and be in and out quickly I,ll be avoiding this place!!
