Very under whelmed. Health and safety would have a field day. Broken machines accessible to children. My 4yo out his arm in a broken toy machine. Exposed wires broken glass . No food being served no notices about this on the website! Crap overall!

it was awful, i do not recommend coming at all, my daughter and her friend got told off 3 times for jumping on the trampolines… they also got told off for using the bathroom then when i came into the toilet to see what was wrong the worker hid? if there’s an issue then talk to me, don’t take it out on 13 year old girls. we booked a 2 hour session and after 40 mins we had left… there is no air conditioning and my daughter almost fainted. safe to say we will not be returning.

Really poor hygiene, dirty tables with cups and plates of food on tables from previous customers which were not cleaned in the whole time we were there, I asked the staff politely if they could clear the table and was told they haven’t got enough staff, paid for coffee and waited as the coffee machine then broke and ended up asking for a refund and no coffee, not a pleasant visit

Attended weekly for i-tots sessions. Hit and miss if you need to attend before session to watch the safety video. My 2 year old has been forced to watch it on every visit as instructed for insurance purposes, yet 4 people walked into the first session of the day today without having to. Children with additional needs are already hard work in social situations, without having to reason with them on why they have to do something that others don't. Over the last few months we've seen much older children take 3ft stuffed animals, juice cups, books, diggers etc onto the court. My child was told he couldn't bring his book, again, something that is fine for others to do. I took the decision to leave after a grand total of 10 minutes, including time taken to watch the video and put socks on. I understand the aspect of safety but please make it the same for all. Staff were particularly stressed today as bookers had turned up. Life is stressful unfortunately. Imagine being the parent of a 2 year old trying to explain hes doing something wrong even though he's seen other children do the same continuously. I'm sure our weekly attendance won't be missed but I do feel it important for staff to be not only more inclusive but also to employ continuity

Brilliant, my 3 year old loved it! She played for the entire 60 minutes and it flew by. The i-tots session is also a great idea to make it enjoyable for the little ones. Customer service was also fantastic, I made a stupid mistake while I was booking (totally my fault, don't read the FAQs), contacted them via Facebook received a prompt reply and was able to move the booking without difficulty 24 hours before we were due to go.

We went first time today and we had lots of fun! Our little one asks when we can visit again as he enjoyed time spent there. We definitely will visit again! Ladies who were working at reception were friendly, we were instructed well and had all the information needed. Cafe has nice variety of food and drinks to chose from. Everything was made to order and quite quick as well! Reasonable prices and good food and drinks.

My little ones and I have been coming here most weeks for a couple of years to the Home Ed sessions on a Thursday afternoon. My children absolutely adore it and always have lots of fun. Careful attention is paid to safety of the children whilst they are playing and the on-site rules are very consistent and clear. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful; nothing is ever too much trouble. The cafe is very reasonably priced and the tasty food is served promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend I-Jump.

Brilliant well maintained fun and friendly venue. We love the interactive jump wall where you jump up to hit the lights. Super friendly staff and great food options. Good value and the funkiest socks of all trampoline parks
