   Express 2 man delivery have had my item for a week in "PROCESS" and still waiting with no response to emails or messages even though I was told I would receive a call, text or email within 2-3 days of them receiving my item. I don't live in North Wales,Devon, Cornwall etc.... YET NO COMMUNICATION OR DELIVERY so I will be now contacting the company for a refund as their delivery service has failed them!!

   Absolute joke of a service, given 3 different dates for sofa and neither day did it turn up. I tried to be patient but couldn't wait any longer and had to cancel order completly as I didn't trust them at all when I got asked to wait for another day! Which would have been 4 days of sitting around the house waiting for them to not show up! I am now waiting on my refund from the sofa shop & will be purchasing elsewhere ..... I was off work this week to recieve delivery & now will have to lose another days wage when I can order it from someone else. Customer service was disgusting

   I had a really good team deliver my furniture yesterday and team 8 was a polite and a credit to your company. Will definitely use again and Assembly service. I have to say Reading comment bellow that is a driver fault not the company just wanted to add.

   Disgraceful, terrible, awful. Supposed to deliver my sofas 4 days ago. Unilaterally cancelled the delivery twice. Today the driver turned up. Very rude, loud voice. He left the sofa outside the house, damaged my garage and run away despite my wife was desperately chasing him. The sofa was blocking the main door entrance and my wife was blocked outside the house. I’m reporting them to trading standards.

   Nice and helpful guys, notifications needs to be updated as it states delivery from 7am but, that is when the guys actually leave the west Midlands so, if you live 30 miles away it will probably be around at least 8am so to speak. Good delivery though. I will do a separate review on the sideboard
