   I have never been to this place, So this review is rather for the very random phonecall i have received this afternoon I was minding my day and received a phone call about ten pin bowling, i live about 120miles away, Why am i on their mailing/call list? I have no clue, the woman was nice enough but claiming im a "repeat" customer when i've never been there before, and acting as if i go there often seems a bit gaslight-y, especially in conjunction with trying to get me to go to your new branch I don't really know what to say Just weird

   Update: following the reply from venue. 1. It wasn't that busy, we were told 15min delay after asking but waited 30mins after our start time. 2. We were the only people waiting for laser tag (group of 3) 3. I shouldn't have to chase around after staff if there is a delay, a well run and organised business would be coming to me to inform me of any delays. 4. They had the staff and time to reply to the review whilst we were sat in the building waiting but no-one was able to come and inform us of a delay!? Currently sat waiting for a game that was supposed to start at 2pm, had to ask someone at 2 what was going on and was told there was a 15 minute delay. Now been 20 mins and no sign of anyone. Poor communication, sat opposite 3 staff sat chatting outside the escape room doing sweet F.A.

   Don't call them! Called from my mobile to book a party and was put on hold for 5 minutes. They never answered and later found a £4 charge for it on my phone bill as didn't know it was a premium rate number! Needless to say i didn't book the party there.
