Very poor service. I have been here twice, the first time I was made to wait an hour for my treatment despite arriving on time for my appointment. Pedicure once done was ok. Second time (today) I was made to wait 45 minutes after again arriving on time for my appointment. I got up and left. Again I booked an appointment but no regard given to this.
Attended yesterday for manicure and pedicure. Absolutely great prepping by both attendants. Vast choice of colours and styles of polish and superb foot, ankle and calf massage with the pedicure. The oil and hot towells made it a real treat. Will definately be gowing back. P.s they actually have proper pedicure chairs (instead of just bowls) and the chairs massage your back, neck and shoulders as you sit in them. Excellent
2nd time using these for my nails. I must say the gentleman that prepped my nails on my first visit was fabulous. Lots of care and attention to my cuticle area. Not so good yesterday. Felt it was rushed. I showed a picture of the pattern I liked and only wanted it on 2 nails but I ended up with identical to the picture. Can't say I'm disappointed though they look really good. I must say i recommend Jenny to do them so would book with her next time.
They matched my inspiration pic perfectly, never been happier with my nails

Absolutely amazing customer service all the way through. Very professionall, my nails look fabulous! This is the only salon I will ever use from now on. Competitive prices would highly recommend!
